To further promote the industrialization of new energy vehicles the process of marketing high technology products to solve the size and cost of the initial conflict between the promotion of a wider application of new energy vehicles, Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Finance jointly launched the “10 City, 1000″ application of electric vehicle demonstration project in 3 years, the development of 10 cities each year, each city in public transportation, rental, public, municipal, and other areas of the Post 1000 introduced a new energy vehicles to carry out demonstration run, and strive to make the operation of the national new energy vehicles size of 2012 accounted for 10% of car market share. Wuhan is the first nationwide pilot cities, the first running of the 100 hybrid electric bus, each cost 80 million, more than the current high cost of regular bus is about 350 thousand yuan. The Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Finance announced the implementation of energy saving and new energy vehicles to support and incentives will subsidize part of each vehicle 200 000 -26 million higher than the rest subsidized by local governments. It is reported that in the next 3 years, Wuhan will put 400 hybrid electric bus, 500 cars and 600 electric hybrid car. In the meantime, the state will spend tens of billions, to promote the use of new energy vehicles for tax and financial subsidies to guide car consumption concept in China, the consumption structure, product structure adjustment.
